Just signed up for Edward Tufte's class in Denver in June. And Asad is going to teach me how to use Hans Rosling's gapminder software this summer. Obi-Wan said "You must learn the ways of the Force." I am going to try.

Did you find Rosling's seminar more valuable than Tufte's? Or too different to compare so simplistically? Would love to see your recommendation on why to attend, what you got from it and how it's relevant to those of us focusing on the LOPAS sector (to mix blog post references).
